Location: Office-based in Liphook

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Director of Growth Marketing to join a mission-led organisation that delivers fun, inclusive music education to primary-aged children across thousands of schools in the UK. Based in a beautifully converted manor house in Liphook, you’ll play a key role in scaling impact and reach by leading innovative growth strategies. With a salary of up to £80,000 plus excellent benefits, this is a unique chance to drive performance in a purpose-driven environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multi-channel growth strategies to expand brand reach and generate high-quality leads.

• Oversee the development of a robust Martech stack and implement AI tools for marketing efficiency.

• Shape and execute a cohesive digital marketing strategy across paid media, search, social, and email.

• Drive improvements to the company website, ensuring strong SEO, UX, and conversion rates.

• Collaborate with senior leaders to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals.

What Experience is Required

• Proven leadership in a growth-focused B2B or B2B2C marketing role.

• Strong background in lead generation, marketing automation, and full-funnel growth strategies.

• Hands-on experience with CRM, analytics tools, and AI/automation in marketing workflows.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to £80,000
